I get pedicures and foot massages.
I take time to get out of bed, I say "I love you" and give myself permission to sleep a little longer and not listen to the worries of the day.
What a great list! I wish I could download it as a pretty PDF and put it on my wall.
We can love ourselves by complimenting ourselves. One way is to participate in the Beauty Message Challenge: Tell yourself "I am beautiful" everyday for 10 days.
